I bought the laptop because I needed one for sporadic use. I have to say that some keys come with stickers and the numeric keys above there are characters that do not correspond, the casing and screen very well, but what I was interested in was that it was fast and would not get stuck, and it fulfills its function perfectly, so very happy, good, nice and cheap, you can not ask for more.

Everything perfect, fast and correct shipping, safe packaging. The laptop just has a small scratch that is not appreciated almost nothing, everything works perfectly, the truth that much better than I expected in terms of appearance of the product, 100% recommended if you do not want to spend a lot of money on a good team, goes like a shot for home use more than enough.

It's going well. I was surprised about the stickers on the keyboard, but I guess it wouldn't read the information well. And although it doesn't have many scratches, it's true that the one on the screen is annoying until you get used to it. But the general functioning is good

I was very happy when it arrived because although I chose the cheapest model which is the correct one, the condition of the laptop was almost as good as new. Although the laptop was very good the keyboard was not in Spanish as it appeared in the advert, they send it to you with stickers so you can put them on yourself.

The product conforms to the stated condition. A couple of minor marks of use and some dirt on the ports (solved with isopropyl alcohol and 10 minutes of love, remember that it is a reconditioned product). The performance is perfect and the battery lasts quite long so I would say that it is practically new, which is a positive point not having to invest in its replacement. As you would expect from a top of the range Dell, the computer works like a charm and, although I only use it for programming, I would say that it can run a few not too big games if you want to get a quick fix. It came very well packaged and protected, the shipping was very fast and without a doubt, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The computer is in better than good condition. The only thing is that it is a foreign computer and although all the functions are in the same place on the keyboard, they appear in another language. Otherwise, it is impeccable.

the equipment works very well, only that I asked for the keyboard in Spanish and what they did was to send the equipment with the keyboard in German and some keys they put a sticker with the corresponding key, but the original keyboard is in German.

The quality of the product is perfect, it doesn't matter if it has a small scratch. I am very happy, it took no time at all, it arrived very quickly, I am convinced that I will buy from Back Market again. I recommend it 100%.

The computer is amazing. It works very, very well as stated in its specifications. Looks like new. The only problem it has is the battery but in second hand electronic items and with a few years it is normal for the battery to lose capacity. I would definitely buy another product again as the quality/price is very good.
