This was my 2nd attempt. The first retailer was YesAgain in France. I was absolutely disappointed, nothing happened except that they debited my money, but Backmarket helped me reliably and quickly, even with a discount voucher, thanks at this point Backmarket saved me 40€. Second attempt with the good Danes and I was pleasantly surprised! I bought a top-equipped Macbook pro 16 inch from 2019 in excellent condition. The condition is as good as new. On the outside of the case 2 small scratches that you can only see when you hold it up to the light otherwise nothing! The power supply could be a little higher quality but perfectly fine. Has not been used for 200 hours, practically new. Ordered on Friday at 12 o'clock on Saturday shortly after 9 there and that with an international delivery without priority delivery. Really great.

The truth is that I was surprised by the image quality and the quality of photos considering that you come from a 150€ xiaomi. At the time I bought it it cost me 200€ in very good condition. At first glance you can't see a few small scratches on the sides, you have to look closely to see them and the screen is perfect. The transport service is decent and very fast as I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and on Thursday of the following week it arrived (it arrived earlier than expected by the shipping company). Here I will show you the image quality of the iPhone.

I received it very well packaged (quality packaging) so I unwrapped everything and there surprise.... the screen is brand new, not a scratch, not a dent, it's magnificent, I still can't believe it, thank you Backmarket.

Just after starting up my Mac, I was "phished" by a hacker, I think the computer hadn't been cleaned enough. Otherwise the computer is in perfect condition, as good as new, but this mishap has ruined everything.

After an unfortunate experience, where the parcel was lost en route, I was reimbursed without discussion by Back Market. The reconditioner had not respected my instructions and Chronopost/DPD is a pitiful service provider. The parcel was marked as delivered but there was no trace of it at my home and no proof of delivery either... As I really needed a PC I placed a new order and everything went like clockwork. The PC is beautiful and apparently functional. I've yet to test it in detail, but the beast lights up. So I lost a good ten days because of the initial problems. But my second order was delivered in 4 days by UPS. At Back Market, everything depends on the reconditioner, so choose wisely!

I am very satisfied with the performance. It works perfectly. In addition, the laptop has no signs of use on the inside. Unfortunately, the only thing that bothers me are the visible scratches on the front of the laptop.

I ordered here for the first time. Super fast shipping and delivery by UPS. iPad looks great. Packaging was a little light on protection over the display, only protected by adhesive film. I understand why, but if something sharp were to get on it in the delivery vehicle, a little more packaging would be helpful. Will order again when I need something. Thank you very much.
