Great product, like new, even the foil was still on it and there were a lot of additional products (bag, 2 extra batteries and much more) I am very happy with my order and can recommend it. The delivery was fast (arrived after 2 days!!).

It's absolutely perfect! Just as I'd imagined, it's amazingly easy to use. You need a bit of time to learn how to use it, but then it works like a charm!

It's not bad! I haven't had time to try it out thoroughly yet, but it makes great ice creams and that's already great. The butternut velouté is killer too. I can't wait to discover its other capabilities.

Ordered and delivered without any problems, as expected. As far as the THERMOMIX ordered was concerned, all the accessories were in perfect condition and replaced with new ones. The only small problem was with the description of the condition of the item. Described as "in excellent condition", the cracks and burn marks on the front of the appliance were not mentioned. Admittedly, this is more aesthetic than functional, but it would have been useful. I'm delighted with my purchase.

The appliance works without too many problems. There seems to be a faulty contact which means that sometimes you have to open the cover and put it back in place to operate the gear selector. The unit was ordered with a "perfect condition" grade, but was received with the plastic casing next to the screen pushed in. It doesn't interfere with operation, but I've been used to much better from Back Market, which is why I've given it this rating.
