La veritat és que tot s'ha anat molt bé, tant l'entrega com el mòbil. This one kept 100% of the battery and had less than 10 accumulated charges. L'únic defecte que he detectat és un petit punt al vidre de la càmara, el qual no afecta les fotos perquè està enmig de les lents.

I bought it in excellent condition and they have not lied it is in perfect condition, absolutely no signs of use. The only thing to note is that the battery was replaced by a non-original one (which is to be expected). With regard to the purchase I only had the inconvenience that I was going to make use of the student discount code, however when I put it the app closed and when I tried again it told me that it had already been used. So I bought it without being able to use the code. Otherwise excellent.

Almost everything is fine. Google calendar notifications fail (it does not notify when everything is activated, and checked many times), and some things that hinder the operation, such as the google microphone, which does not detect and recognise words well when we speak in Spanish (the phone is French). Other than that, it's fine.

The truth is that this is the third purchase I have made, two mobiles and a watch, always happy with the quality, the service and the material, impeccable, perfect and I will buy again and I recommend it with all the tranquility.

A small problem on receipt: the computer did not completely correspond to the description (slightly inferior features). Backmarket customer service handled my complaint perfectly, liaising with the seller. I am very satisfied with the amicable settlement they achieved. This was my 9th purchase from backmarket and the second time I'd called customer service (the previous time was for an order lost by the carrier). Each time they have been very responsive and efficient. It's very reassuring and I can't imagine buying refurbished electronic equipment on a platform that doesn't offer the same guarantees of serious customer service. A huge thank you to the Backmarket team and their refurbishers, you're doing a great job!

The mobile was in an impeccable state, the only thing that was quite dirty (fingerprints, grease...) and especially dirty in the holes of the speakers... the cleaning took me 3' scarce, I understand that the team that more than the team that prepares them.

3rd order in a row, I was really reluctant to buy reconditioned, for me it was second hand and I like new. Backmarket.fr made me change my mind. The 3 purchases were really clean nickel, original packaging as clean as the product not a scratch. Bravo backmarket.fr .super économie €💰💲💶 😁👌👍👍👍

I received the product quickly and it was intact. In very good condition and well protected. I was surprised not to find any earphones or a key to open the phone, but maybe I misread the description in the advert. Satisfied overall :)

Received in excellent condition. However, I have a feeling it was more expensive (slightly) than a new order from Steam. But easier to order, and good for the planet 😅 Otherwise, great buy, thanks!
