I bought it in excellent condition and they have not lied it is in perfect condition, absolutely no signs of use. The only thing to note is that the battery was replaced by a non-original one (which is to be expected). With regard to the purchase I only had the inconvenience that I was going to make use of the student discount code, however when I put it the app closed and when I tried again it told me that it had already been used. So I bought it without being able to use the code. Otherwise excellent.

A good computer for my son, rather versatile (games, work), although my son told me that it overheated quite a lot and that the PC took a long time to start up. Apart from that he is very happy with his new computer!

Almost everything is fine. Google calendar notifications fail (it does not notify when everything is activated, and checked many times), and some things that hinder the operation, such as the google microphone, which does not detect and recognise words well when we speak in Spanish (the phone is French). Other than that, it's fine.

The phone arrived in excellent condition, however, they do ask for your address when they drop it off at a collection point, and I was pressed for time and almost lost it due to travel, otherwise excellent.

This iPad does not have a torch. There is an app that I had on my previous iPad that constantly closes and it didn't before.

The truth is that this is the third purchase I have made, two mobiles and a watch, always happy with the quality, the service and the material, impeccable, perfect and I will buy again and I recommend it with all the tranquility.

Great. The phone is as good as new, the delivery took a week, but Backmarket kept updating us on everything. Unbeatable quality/price.

A small problem on receipt: the computer did not completely correspond to the description (slightly inferior features). Backmarket customer service handled my complaint perfectly, liaising with the seller. I am very satisfied with the amicable settlement they achieved. This was my 9th purchase from backmarket and the second time I'd called customer service (the previous time was for an order lost by the carrier). Each time they have been very responsive and efficient. It's very reassuring and I can't imagine buying refurbished electronic equipment on a platform that doesn't offer the same guarantees of serious customer service. A huge thank you to the Backmarket team and their refurbishers, you're doing a great job!

I ordered this PC on 24 Sept and received it on 28 Sept in very good condition, but not in perfect reconditioned condition. No problems to report so far. The exterior is perfect with no sign that it has been used before. The interior remains to be seen, as a few days are not enough to be fully aware of any problems that may have arisen. On the other hand, the only thing to note at the moment is that when I looked at the fans, I saw some dust inside and that when I started up, I had a problem with the PC's internal settings that took quite a long time to sort out. I'm sure it's the result of the manipulations that were made during the refurbishment. In any case, for the moment I recommend it and I haven't had any problems. If ever a problem arises I won't hesitate to come back to my opinion if it can be modified. 7 Oct - I've been using this PC for gaming for some time now, and it's working very well and performing satisfactorily. HOWEVER, BE CAREFUL WITH THE COMPONENTS AND THE STYLE OF GAMES YOU WANT TO PLAY. This PC is very good for the majority of games with a score of over 80% on "Can You Run It" for all games. HOWEVER, THE COMPONENTS ARE BEGINNING TO AGE (RTX3050/I5), IT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SATISFY AAA GAMES (at least not in the best resolution and quality) AND BASIC GOURMET GAMES. As far as office work and everyday tasks are concerned, there will be no problem at all.
