I'm very happy with this ps4 (blue edition) It looks grate and there was 2 controllers with it . My daughter was so excited/ shocked because she never seen the blue 1 befor nor did I to be honest. Si thanks everyone at backmarket for delivery of quality so close to Christmas. Happy new year to you all too.

The product I purchased arrived undamaged and in excellent condition. The seller took very little time to realise the shipment. the product works perfectly and i am fully satisfied with the purchase. i recommend this seller

Very good shipment, the equipment was very well packed (but not very well cleaned...). Then...a problem with the sound volume, which was impossible to adjust, and after the 2nd day the CDs had trouble playing in their entirety... so I regretfully returned the product!

The robot is in the condition indicated, so it's fine, but we'll have to see how it performs in use, so it's a good deal! However, some accessories and the recipe book were missing and this was not indicated. A commercial gesture was offered. I took out the 3-year extended warranty, but it was superimposed on the 12-month commercial warranty, so in the end I lost a year's warranty. Not very cool and not explained, as I thought I'd get a 4-year guarantee, which isn't the case. It's a shame.

The reconditioning was not carried out correctly. The first time I switch it on, the computer asks me for a password, which I don't know, of course. The mouse and keyboard are not paired: the device is unusable as it is. Very unhappy, I've just sent it back!

a great pc that's easy to transport and of high quality the autonomy is fine as long as you're not playing to play demanding games you have to activate the optimal mode via the Asus application and leave it plugged in if not you have a 2 FPS game (I'm talking about games like helldiver 2 or warzon) on the other hand the leds on the keyboard work very well but the colours can't be changed.

Fast delivery, good quality product ...but I didn't get the right sunshield with the lens .... not at all compatible

Product arrived perfectly intact, without any marks to damage its vision, wonderful in every way. Accessed without any problems and everything seems to work perfectly, if there are any problems in the days to come I will update, for now impeccable product
