The product I bought was exactly as it should have been. I was most impressed by the elegant automation of the Back Market follow-up. I received regular messages about the delivery of my parcel without even asking. The messages were also so well written that they didn't feel like spam. Well done!

Very good product but disappointed nonetheless. The product description says "very good condition", the PC took a shock to the corner of the screen and part of this corner was completely detached. What's more, it was certified as an Azerty keyboard and I end up with a US Qzerty keyboard. I would like to be put in touch with customer service to get things sorted out. For the price I had to pay, I was hoping for better.

I received the tablet on time, but the packaging was unusual... it was quite surprising. It was discharged to the point of not turning on when I got it in my hands (another surprise). I charged it for a few minutes with the supplied cable (new cable, equivalent to the brand of the tablet) and last surprise, the tablet was not reset 🥲 so I did. After that things went back to normal. It's in good working order, fast, fluid, the touch works well, the battery lasts 2 days with a rather intensive use (because family). Mobile phone looks great... Caller ringtone and general loudspeaker very quiet. 2 meters away you can no longer hear the phone. Either the speaker is broken or it really goes so quiet ..it already annoys me LG

A very good midrange laptop, rtx 1060 really pulls it ahead. Runs most games better than my 4-years old desktop and it doesn't scream like a banshee under load like other laptops do. However it suffers from lack of SSD, write speed on disk bottlenecks the entire system whenever a windows component is updating - which is to say, most of the time, and loading time are longer than expected. Also 8 GB RAM is a bit too little, but that seems to be the standard in this price range. However the vendor responds very quickly and is very understanding.
