I'm not going to be picky because the computer works. BUT : - The packaging leaves something to be desired: the box was partly open. Fortunately nothing is missing. - For a "very good condition" that should have no traces, it is a little damaged on one corner and there are traces of sticker ... - The PC has NOT been reset. There's still some software (pack office, skype, zoom, spotify, VLC...) and I've even got a whole dropbox folder with a whole bunch of personal files from the previous owner! So the housework hasn't been done! That's the ABC of refurbishing...

To be honest, I was afraid of buying a refurbished computer and ending up with something wobbly, but I'm very pleasantly surprised! The computer was supposed to be in 'good condition' but the one I received was practically brand new, with no visible scratches. Everything works properly. The delivery was fast (I ordered on Wednesday and received it on Monday) and the product was well packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. In short, a top retailer!

I needed a cheap PC to replace my home PC and I'm not disappointed! This Dell is just as I wanted it for the condition I chose. After a week's testing, I can confirm and recommend it. Good value for money!

Everything is great except for the battery that doesn't even last 1h and when I turn on the computer the first time the touch mouse doesn't work and I have to restart it to get the touch mouse to work.

The product received is as specified and in excellent condition, and is currently working correctly.

Delivery was as stated at the time of purchase. A few dents on the top of the computer but nothing too serious. Works perfectly, keyboard keys are impeccable. The battery doesn't run down too quickly. I'm really pleased with it.

very good quality compared to my old computer, it's very responsive, and the picture quality is very good. However, it overheats a little too much, and the whistling from the air vents is quite unpleasant.

Hello, I had a problem with my laptop (it wouldn't start after a few days of use). I sent it back and it was replaced very quickly. The original hard drive was obviously placed in the new computer (which is good for me, as I was able to recover the data I had been unable to save). I would like to thank the seller for his responsiveness.

The product is very good and the value for money is excellent. When I see the social and environmental impact of the electronics industry, I'm glad I bought second-hand. On my computer, the keyboard is AZERTY as requested, but these are stickers, which was not specified at the time of purchase. Also, the < > key is missing. The packaging was very good, and the parcel arrived safely.
