Thank you to the reconditioner and Back Market! Not only were the deadlines met (1 week before Christmas is always a hell of a suspense!) but the reconditioner also made a commercial gesture (for no reason, just to be nice!) of a few extra GB on the computer... that's really cool thanks! The tower works very well. My dad is happy with his Christmas present, thank you! You guys are top notch!

To be honest, I was afraid of buying a refurbished computer and ending up with something wobbly, but I'm very pleasantly surprised! The computer was supposed to be in 'good condition' but the one I received was practically brand new, with no visible scratches. Everything works properly. The delivery was fast (I ordered on Wednesday and received it on Monday) and the product was well packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. In short, a top retailer!

my previous PC was slow. With the HP Z book 15 G3 acquired (described as being in fair condition), I've found a device that offers remarkable value for money and is truly perfect in appearance. I'm still convinced that Back-Market is the place to go for a really good deal for your wallet and for the environment.

The back of the device is not as shown in the rear photo: the camera system is not in the middle but at the top, on the left. I can send you a photo if you need one. So the wallet case I bought can't be used, I'll have to look for another one that's compatible ...

The product received is as specified and in excellent condition, and is currently working correctly.

Hello, I had a problem with my laptop (it wouldn't start after a few days of use). I sent it back and it was replaced very quickly. The original hard drive was obviously placed in the new computer (which is good for me, as I was able to recover the data I had been unable to save). I would like to thank the seller for his responsiveness.

The machine was received very quickly and arrived in perfect condition, packed to IT transport standards. Cosmetic condition better than expected, the machine looks like new (I work in IT support). A few traces of glue from a recalcitrant label, but the Lenovo ThinkPad coating is responsible. we'll rub it a bit more :-) Configuring-wise, we're way ahead of the advertised specs :-) -RAM, 40GB instead of 32GB because the T490 has 8GB soldered in and a 32GB Crucial So-Dimm has been added. -512GB Samsung OEM PM981a SSD instead of 256GB Lenovo OEM. The SSD looks like new after analysis. -The battery advertises a late 2019 original date and a residual capacity close to the 50Wh rated capacity. I still need to test to confirm this. But it's a 3 1/2 year old battery, you have to be realistic :-) -All the latest drivers are installed, I just added Lenovo Vantage to have more control and information. Firefox, Chrome, VLC, WinRAR, Libre Office pre-installed. No bloatware, it's clean!

I needed a cheap PC to replace my home PC and I'm not disappointed! This Dell is just as I wanted it for the condition I chose. After a week's testing, I can confirm and recommend it. Good value for money!

The product is very good and the value for money is excellent. When I see the social and environmental impact of the electronics industry, I'm glad I bought second-hand. On my computer, the keyboard is AZERTY as requested, but these are stickers, which was not specified at the time of purchase. Also, the < > key is missing. The packaging was very good, and the parcel arrived safely.
