Hello, I am very satisfied with my purchase. To be honest, this is the first time I have ordered from Back Market. I had previously bought a refurbished iPhone from one of your online competitors and that experience was a disaster. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my iPhone 11 Pro in perfect condition, well packaged and the icing on the cake: 100% battery health 🤗 ! Thank you to Back Market for your seriousness and to the refurbisher 👍🏻

iPhone 12 in perfect condition as stated. Original Apple screen and 86% battery condition, so far no operating problems. I am delighted it is not my refurbished phone but on black Market yes. Shame it doesn't come with a 2 year warranty.

I've just received the parcel 4 days early, with an email telling me that it's been delivered. Fortunately, I found it in my letterbox. I didn't expect to receive the parcel so quickly, so I was absent. The box was sealed with a film and all was comfortably installed in a cardboard box. When I unpacked it, there was nothing to complain about - the phone looked like new! Then, with the battery already charged, all I had to do was place my old iPhone 6 in front of the new one in Bluetooth sync and everything was magically in place for me to find all my applications and their data. GORGEOUS!!! I can see that the bat is in great shape because I can see in the settings that it charges I 100%! Great! The only problem is that I had to buy a 20W charger which isn't included, and I took the opportunity to order a shell and screen protector, it would be a shame to put signs of wear and tear on this brand new iPhone 11 Pro. All in all, I'd recommend this serious refurbisher.

I was thinking a lot about buying a refurbished one, and the truth is that it was a pleasant surprise, the phone came in perfect condition without a scratch and with a 97% battery health. After a few weeks the truth is that I am delighted.

The truth that I was afraid because of the issue that it was reconditioned and such but the mobile arrived great, the screen perfect and the health of the battery at 96% and the shipping was very fast, after a month I can say that the mobile is great and I have not had any problems.

After a first purchase (same phone) which I was very unhappy with and which I'm waiting to be reimbursed for, this time I'm more than satisfied! The product was perfectly packaged! And the product matched the grade! The iPhone arrived in perfect condition, not a scratch on it. The battery is in great shape, so I'm 100% satisfied! I was right to persevere with another reconditioner (Digital Green Iberia)!
