Everything is fine. The iPad arrived packaged like a new product, and the condition also corresponds to a new product. I can really recommend backmarket.de and will also buy the next Apple devices there.

The device was very well packaged on delivery and the customer service was top notch. A small blue stain on the back of the iPad was quite difficult to remove but nothing too serious and the battery discharges quite quickly but to be honest it's excellent value for money and perfectly functional.

I've always wanted to try an iPhone but the price was too far out of my budget, so I wanted to try a refurbished one and among many sites and months of studies😅,back market was the one with the best reviews and best value for money.Arrived in just 2 days, flawless phone not even a scratch (I admit I chose the excellent one) but it exceeded my expectations like new. battery condition 88%. so perfect considering the 6 years since release. First time getting a refurbished one and I was a bit sceptical, but I changed my mind and will be happy to shop with you again... bravissimi👍🏻

I was not disappointed with this purchase. The phone was very good for the price. It worked very well for 1 year and then the battery deteriorated little by little until it had very little charge over the last few months. I kept it for less than two years. I bought another Xiaomi. We'll see over time.

The product itself is impeccable, but there was a problem with the delivery. It arrived 4 days later than advertised, and I was the one who had to call 3 carriers to find out where my parcel was and how to collect it...

I pad received in excellent condition outside but the battery does not hold the charge. I have to recharge it every day or twice a day without using it all day. It was a present for my daughter. I am very disappointed!
