The device was very well packaged on delivery and the customer service was top notch. A small blue stain on the back of the iPad was quite difficult to remove but nothing too serious and the battery discharges quite quickly but to be honest it's excellent value for money and perfectly functional.

The equipment was received fairly quickly. I've been using it for 15 days and all is well. It's really well reconditioned, it looks like a new one even though I had chosen one that wasn't as good. I always buy my equipment from you and thank you again.

Impeccable equipment .... Nothing to complain about But I can't get my music back (in an old MAC BOOK PRO computer )..... I bought iPads almost exclusively for this purpose ??? I don't think you can help me; it's an "APPLE" problem.
