I want to return the phone in line with EU legislation for which I sent you an EMail. That was about a week ago and you didn’t even react to the Mail. If I do not get a reply within two days I am considering to contact the bank that issued the credit card to block payment. I hope this is not necessary; I was looking for an IPhone 13Pro Max 256GB and the colour doesn’t really matter as long as it is not pick. I do this public because the system kicked me out when I tried to do it the nicer way

I'm disgusted I bought an iphone13 pro Since the first day I noticed that it had problems reseaux and microphone I put this down to the fact that my home may not be well covered. I also blamed it on my contacts But in the end I realised that it was coming from the phone I was warned not to buy a reconditioned phone, but a second-hand one. So I'm disgusted Thank you backmarket 😡

First time buying from BackMarket, they shipped it in one day (I was away from home so I ended up receiving it the next day). I am very satisfied with my purchase, the iPad is flawless. It came in the official Apple refurbished box; with original charger and cube (the cube came with an adapter as it was American).

Martine: I've just bought a refurbished iPhone 12 128 GB, which I received 48 hours after ordering. A very slight notch around the edge. Fast, high-performance equipment AND the ERROR is that iPhone 12 needs to be updated!!? I pay in 3 times without charge = 5/10 and 5/11 2023. I hate it! I have no accessory And for performance = update pending ...

In principle, I am - as always - satisfied with my delivered goods. Back Market is fast and reliable. It's the third iPhone I've bought this way. This time, however, I only give it 4 stars. Reason: according to the explanation, only minimal scratches, which are not visible at a distance of 50cm, are to be expected in "very good" condition. However, the iPhone 14 Pro has a very obvious deep scratch on the edge of the smartphone. Nothing dramatic, but at €850 you kind of don't want to see something like that.... I don't either, as it's now in a case and therefore no longer visible 😉
