Compré un Iphone 13 pro de 256gb en calidad excelente y la batería me vino al 90% (esperaba un poco mas). Además el funcionamiento del teléfono era un poco lento, por lo que decidí descambiarlo. Volví a darle una a Backmarket comprando el mismo dispositivo pero esta vez con la batería nueva. Mi enfado ahora es aun mayor ya que la salud de la batería es 88%. ¿Como es posible que pagando más para obtener una batería nueva o de mayor calidad haya recibido una batería con menos salud aún? Es el segundo pedido que hago y es la segunda vez que tengo problemas. Muy decepcionado con esta página.

I want to return the phone in line with EU legislation for which I sent you an EMail. That was about a week ago and you didn’t even react to the Mail. If I do not get a reply within two days I am considering to contact the bank that issued the credit card to block payment. I hope this is not necessary; I was looking for an IPhone 13Pro Max 256GB and the colour doesn’t really matter as long as it is not pick. I do this public because the system kicked me out when I tried to do it the nicer way

iPhone 13 Pro with new battery. Received quickly! In very good condition despite the fact that I chose "correct condition". Micro scratches on the screen but this does not affect the use of the iPhone. I've already ordered my old iPhone from Back market, never disappointed! Highly recommend!
