I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

My Honest Review of My Recent Order from Back Market I recently placed an order through Back Market and wanted to share my experience with anyone considering buying refurbished tech from them. I ordered a MacBook Pro Retina 15-inches (2018) and was pleasantly surprised overall. The device arrived earlier than expected and was well-packaged, with no signs of damage during shipping. In terms of condition, I chose the Good option as there was a deal, and I’d say it lived up to expectations. I didn’t find any scratches or dents. Functionally, the device worked right out of the box. I ran a few tests, and everything from the battery health to the screen responsiveness and camera seemed solid. I really appreciated the eco-conscious approach and the fact that I saved a good amount compared to buying the same brand-new device. It also came with a 12-month warranty, which gave me peace of mind. That said, the device is heating up very quickly, and I am unsure if that’s supposed to happen. Hello, in the future, it would be nice not to put self adhesive on the pad of the MacBook Air because I struggled to remove this glue, otherwise the system was trek well mounted and externally perfect condition. I recommend this reconditioner from DUBAÏ

I recently purchased a laptop from Back Market listed in “excellent condition,” but unfortunately, the device I received does not meet that standard. There are visible scuffs and damage to the case around the screen, which clearly doesn’t align with what I’d expect from an item graded as excellent. Additionally, there’s a noticeable gap between the screen and the case, allowing light to leak through—something that indicates poor assembly or wear. While I appreciate the idea behind refurbished electronics and sustainability, it’s disappointing when the quality grading isn’t accurate. I’m hoping Back Market can address this and ensure more consistent quality control moving forward.

An honest review. Read this if you are unsure. I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Very good/Excellent) and overall I'd say im happy with it. It's my first MacBook so there has been a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. It's great for what I need it for; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Logic all work fine on the M1 chip. I do feel like the grade I got doesn't fully match the product I received. The apple logo on the back is pretty scuffed as well as there being a few scratches. The scratches are small but they are visible from far away (further than 20cm as listed). Amongst those minor visible defects, unfortunately, the space bar isn't hooked on properly so when I'm typing I have to make sure to slow down a bit in order to hit it properly. From what I can tell, it shouldn't be a difficult fix but I feel like the keys should have been put on properly if I'm paying what I paid at the advertised "excellent quality". Taking into consideration the downsides to this, I feel like it's more then worth it to take a slight hit on the quality as if I were to buy this for brand new I would be paying close to £400 extra. came really quickly and there are no scuffs or marks showing any damage would think it was in excellent condition even though i bought good condition. battery life is good and it’s fast at charging. the screen is bright and visible and works really well. would highly recommend if you are looking for a macbook when you haven’t had one before.

I bought an Apple Watch Series 7 (excellent condition) and it was exactly as described and immaculate. Backmarket were extremely helpful and kept in constant contact with me to let me know when the item would arrive. Would highly recommended!
