No disappointment whatsoever... For the record, this keyboard is replacing its twin, after years of loyal service. Very conscientious packaging (too much so? ;) ), perfect product.

Very good site, good product, no worries

Hello, my experience on the site was very good. But not the delivery: I thought I would be delivered to my home (?) but Mondial Relay told me that the delivery point I had chosen was not available (?) and therefore made me change point. This meant an extra day and 20 km AR to collect my order. And the box was in pretty bad condition. As, to my surprise, there was no connection cable supplied with the screen, I couldn't test it.

Hello, The keyboard was very, very dirty - I spent 3/4 hour trying to clean it. Remains of food, grime, and so on. It's not acceptable to dare to sell a dirty product - the least they could have done would have been to clean it before selling it - reconditioned does not mean rotten. My advice: absolutely avoid the supplier of this product!

The parcel was to be delivered to my home, not to a worldwide relay depot 15 minutes from my house. Otherwise fine, packaging OK, keyboard OK.

item not as described and delivered without accessories! Unusable as is I had to return the parcel! Check the professionalism of your subcontractors - it's not up to customers to do this!

I'm very happy with this keyboard, it seems to be of excellent quality!
