The phone is of execellent quality, no scratches and exterior is like new. The battery life isn't as good as expected. But other than that excellent product

iPhone 11 arrived with dud battery… taking 2 to 3 days to charge to 100 percent.. Had to replace battery as returning phone would take too long… Woul not recommit this company.

The phone is great. It's in immaculate condition. There's not a scratch on it and it works perfectly. Can't say how good the battery life is yet because it's only been a week since I got it but I'm optimistic. I get the impression that it was probably never used by anyone before me. It's really in fantastic nick! Best thing about Back market is that I ordered it at 2am in the morning and it was delivered 33 hours later! Brilliant!
