iPhone 11 arrived with dud battery… taking 2 to 3 days to charge to 100 percent.. Had to replace battery as returning phone would take too long… Woul not recommit this company.

Excellent experience, seriousness and fairness of the Back Market service. . iPhone 12 Pro purchased as a gift but unfortunately the recipient did not deserve it. I received proper instructions, refund as expected and super fast turnaround time. I was still very satisfied.

Excellent condition it was like new and the battery has 91%, the only downside is that it fell about 20cm and even with a protective shell it already has an impact on the rear glass a little disappointed with the resistance but otherwise it's perfect.
