Only had it a few hours but love it. Glad I went refurbished instead of getting a new one . So far so good.

Arrived ahead of schedule well packed and insulated. Have migrated my old system successfully but found I could not use my old printer as the new Mac runs at 64 bits not 32. So purchased a new printer and attached successfully. Really pleased with performance and the condition of the Mac is excellent and above expectations. My only slight gripe is that the Mac came with a Koorui keyboard and Mouse when I expected a reconditioned one from Apple. The problem is that the @ character is on the 2/" key and the " character is on the '@ key and I don't seem to be able to fix this. Regards Alan Herbage

So far so good! My first time buying refurbished goods. Safe to say I will do so again. A few scratches but the screen is in perfect condition :) Looking forward to using it everyday :) I recommend!

it came perfect. it works perfectly. but on the klarna app it says there's no payment and now we are struggling where to pay. I payed £101 for the first payment and the next £202 is split in half.

After I purchased my first ever iphone from Backmarket in November last year as a birthday gift to myself and was fantasticallu impressed, I decided that there was no other place to get a laptop for my job, so I bought a macbook pro (2020) in “good” condition. I was so surprised as it looks exactly like a new laptop and is in excellwnt condition. I am so impressed with Bqckmarket and will always recommend it to everyone.

the laptop is as good as advertised. It was actually better than I expected. It's fast and runs smoothly. I recommend buying refurbished anytime!

Thank you so much Backmarket. The rejuvenated Asus FlipChromebook was in excellent condition, and working beautifully, once I worked out how to get started! It took a while to work out how to get around the strange foreign language which it came up with- a few instructions would have been very helpful. But at the price-no complaints! It's lighter and faster than my old Asus Flip Chromebook c433t, and has a much better sound. And at a much lower price! Thanks again Alan

Both Backmarket and the device were brilliant. Backmarket made purchasing and understanding what you're getting super straight forward. They enable you to purchase used refurb devices which help the environment, with th security of a returns and warranty promise. The PixelBook Go, whilst a few years old now, is fast and although purchase under the 'Good' condition was delivered looking perfect! Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

Bought laptop to replace a 10 year old Dell for my in-laws. They are thrilled with it and the spec is great so will last them a long time. It as good as new and was a great price. Will definitely visit again when I'm looking for tech kit.
