Ordered excellent condition with a student discount. Arrived within 2 days. 100% max battery capacity, no scratches or anything. It’s perfect- basically brand new. Came with a charging wire and a sim ejector. Very impressed.

Purchased the phone for my daughter's birthday. She is delighted with it. The condition was fantastic, looks almost new! I've never bought a reconditioned phone before but will definitely do it again. It arrived within a few days and was well packaged. Happy customer and would definitely recommend.

Purchased for my elderly mum as a replacement to her 5th generation iPad. I’m used to purchasing reconditioned items from various sellers so I thought it might be a good idea to head down that road with the IPad. This is the time I’ve used backmarket. Easy enough to navigate website and IPad was delivered when stated. Customer services not used so unable to comment. As mentioned in product header the condition was considered ‘good’. The iPad had some grubby marks and scratches on the back, but that didn’t bother her as that’s all hidden away within a very tough case I purchased separately from Amazon. She’s had the iPad for a week and she only uses it for brain games / TV / photos and the odd email. Therefore, it’s hard to comment on its long term reliability at this stage.

Really quick delivery, good contact through emails re the order arrival. I just wish I could actually mail them as I has a question that was not able to be fully answered through their help boxes on my orders. At 71 I would prefer to speak to a person. A good website though with a lot of choice re models and choice of goods. Also like that they offer money for old devices. Saves landfill and makes use of old ones. I will definitely use them again.

I’m very happy with my ‘phone. Feels and looks like a brand new one. The only slight worry - when I turned it on a message came up saying it wasn’t an apple battery but it works anyway so hope it doesn’t cause problems down the line.

Recieved the iPad really fast with tracking. And the iPad itself was in really good condition, hardly any scuffs and scratches. I am really pleased with my purchase. This gives me the confidence to shop here again when I am looking to save money on another device.

Bought this phone for my father and he's happy. Very good refurbished experience. I read other reviews, that were mostly good. The battery life was a controversial issue for this model but so far it has been better than expected. I also heard there was no longer any firmware/software updates for this model (it is from 2019) but that hasn't been a problem and it does do android app updates without a problem. All in all - a good refurbished experience. 👍🏻🙏🏻😁

I love Back Market, I would never buy new! I've recently bought an IPad 2025 for less than £300. I'm still wondering what the catch Is!
