I ordered a 256g iPhone 15 Pro Max and received it the next day. Honestly, nothing to say, it's perfect! The phone was in excellent condition, and in terms of performance, it's a real gem. The battery is top-notch, there are no scratches or defects, and everything works perfectly. Delivery was fast and secure, and customer service is very responsive if I have any questions. This is my first order with them, and clearly I'll be going back to Back Market without hesitation. Great value for money!

I hesitated for a long time to buy a refurbished iPhone, and then, as the 14, 15 and 16 sizes were too big for my pockets, I tried the 13 mini. The result was perfect, it arrived superbly protected, they took back my old iPhone and off I went again for a few years without spending too much.

The iPhone 15 pro Max I bought arrived on time. It's in very good condition, so I was pleasantly surprised given that I had taken "fair condition". The battery is 100%, another pleasant surprise. Nothing to report after 10 days' use. It's great.

The phone was in excellent condition and the price was great. Quick delivery and it also came with a cable and a sim ejector tool that I was not expecting at all. Great service!!!!!!

Perfect I recommend, I took the iPhone 15 in perfect condition I received nine. The first use was in January 2025 so when I received them with the battery at 100% when I have not even taken the new battery option. Just a small problem with the UPS delivery but nothing serious they dropped the phone in a point relay instead of my home.

The device is as good as new, apart from a few dots on the back and side, which is understandable since I got the good grade. The shipment respected the set days, always updated the situation via the app clearly and accurately. Satisfied, I recommend it.

As a regular Back Market customer, I have to admit that I'm disappointed with my latest order for a "very good condition" iPhone 15 Pro Max from this refurbisher. Here are the reasons for my disappointment: - Battery at 92% capacity, which is much lower than other devices I've bought on this platform in the same grade. - The edges of the phone are damaged and visible from over 50cm away, which is not acceptable for a device that is supposed to be in "very good condition". - Disappointing battery life, which doesn't exceed 10 hours of normal use, whereas an iPhone 15 Pro Max should easily last more than 20 hours in normal conditions. - Absence of a protective case and glass, which, although not compulsory, are often supplied by other refurbishers and would have been a plus in terms of protecting the device. I would have expected better quality for a product of this grade and with a higher price tag. Hopefully this will be taken into account for future customers.
