I am very satisfied with everything about this laptop, except 3 points: 1. the camera is acting weird with the light balance. 2. the battery lasts up to 3-4h of work, no more 3. the screen after sleep mode is unbalanced with contrast (solved by adding-decreasing brightness)

the hardware is amazing,great memory capacity and processor. light and compact and the touchscreen is fun. the bad thing about this is WINDOWS. horrible software, makes everything slower, updates when you don't initiate them, requires to pay for a lot of staff that used to be free with windows, like office. also requires to connect with accounts and emails for just about anything. Very strong recommendation to give an option to order the laptop directly with Linux,most likely a user friendly option like Ubuntu.
