Very happy with the actual phone, absolutely plagued since with ads from bqck market, it feels like being stalked, puts me off buying from the again. Plus it's unlikely you're about to make a second electronic purchase immediately after already making one!! Back off back market

Looks almost new.. New battery.. Good back up... Feel iam using brand new mobile... Will buy again... Only one problem i faced, they sent Type C cable with my iphone 14plus instead of lightening port cable..

Lovely phone, perfect condition. Had to change the script to Microsoft instead of the original Samsung script, as the key board contained German alphabet letters and the predictive text was driving me crazy, kept replacing my words with German words. I changed the language to English with the Set Up options so I was surprised the keyboard did not change also. I was thinking of returning it for that reason but then I noticed the Microsoft option. Works fine now. Only need to charge it once every two days . Would be better if it stayed charged for longer. Otherwise I'm happy with it.

I ordered a GREY S21. The seller made no attempt to contact me to state this wasn't available instead packaged a purple S21 completely misleading. I contacted straight away to arrange return and still haven't received any follow-up. This site might be great if the device you expect is shipped but any problems and it is not. No live chat only unhelpful FAQ's. When you try to leave a bad star review it they try to point you back at the FAQs. FIRST AND LAST TIME, AVOID THIS SITE.

Exept for the fact, that there was a strike in Germany and the package couldn't be sent to Greece for a few days, eveything is/was just perfect! The mobile is in perfect condition and we are very happy with our new iPhone 13 refurbished. We will buy again.

It's not my first phone, I'm very happy with Black Market Super iPhone 13 and battery 97% despite 2 or 3 small defects on the contour for having taken a premium phone. The customer service was up to my expectations, I thanked him. Sincerely

I find it an incredible service in terms of quality / price and above how fast the order arrives (24h in my case this last time, the previous one took several days) my only downside is that the product is a complete lottery, the previous iPhone (11) that I ordered the truth is that everything was perfect but sometimes I was using an app or game and the screen was frizzy, Now with this iPhone 13 Pro the downside, leaving the aesthetic aside, is that the phone overheats a lot and the battery is consumed too quickly despite being at 100%, if these sections are improved, obviating that they are reconditioned, I think it could raise the value of their products.
