Works very well

Initially I was very excited to receive it . There were two major problems , first of all was the language which was in French, I tried my best to read with help of mobile and changed the language multiple times but again the system shows French language. 2. The charging issue, which really disturbed me,the charger was OKAY but the laptop was not charging. Honestly this was my first and very bad experience with this Laptop but I really appreciate all the staff of Back Market because they were very co operative. No issue with Delivery. iPhone XR offered to my mother who is new to Apple It's perfect for use and everything works very well. The only negative point is that the battery is not recognised, so it's impossible to know how long it will last ... we'll see in time.

The reception of my new phone and the communication and follow-up were excellent, nothing to say, very satisfied. On the other hand, sending my old phone was more than complicated, it was stolen during the journey. To be continued ....
