The Thermomix arrived broken despite being in good condition. I was unable to open the parcel immediately after receipt. Back-Market and the seller refuse to deal with the breakage on the grounds that it was not reported within 3 days. The 3 days are not part of Back-Market's policy since it is written "Report the problem as soon as possible, ideally within 72 hours, etc...". The 3 days are a recommendation and not an obligation. I reported the breakage when I opened the parcel, well before the 30-day legal deadline authorised by the site. This is unacceptable.

Schnell, konkret, korrekt, genau but a little bit pricey! So würde ich das hier alles beschreiben. Im Vergleich zum persönlichen Verkauf sicherlich um einiges teuerer aber hier direkt verfügbar, mit Garantie und übersichtlich beschrieben sowie aufbereitet. Wer Zeit investieren möchte, kann Geld sparen, wer schnell gute Ware zum etwas höheren Preis haben möchte, ist hier richtig.
