Première commande sur BackMarket. Téléphone qui correspond bien à mes attentes. Présentation comme neuf dans emballage reconditionné et soigné. livraison rapide. bravo à Breizh Markket. je peux recommander ce fournisseur. Je trouve les messages de BackMarket sympas : plein d'humour et de bienveillance. je trouve que c'est rare dans une messagerie informatique. merci de ces découvertes.

To flee telephone hs 2x in 1 year and 4 months without counting all the problems with the quoitidien: problem of load, sound. Despite all these everyday problems and a phone sent back by back market because the first one had a screen that was coming off, the second one also had a lot of problems and after a year the phone wasn't working at all. Back market doesn't offer any refunds or anything like that, so stay away!

I like the upgrade from an iPhone 6 to this one, however I find that the battery is not much better than my old phone and wanted to know if this was a defect of the refurbished product.

J’étais un peu pessimiste aux vues de certains avis. Et puis finalement j’ai sauté le pas car j’avais eu d’autres avis très très biens. Et je ne regrette pas du tout. Pour l’instant tout va très très bien il est en parfait état comme demandé. Aucun bug, avec les prix hyper compétitif on a pas à se plaindre 😌

I am quite dissatisfied with the mobile phone. It arrived very well and quickly. After a couple of days I had problems with the battery because sometimes it didn't recognise the charger. It was only for a couple of days, but after a couple of months or so it started to charge very very slowly and then no charger was recognised and the phone could not be charged. I returned it for repair and the process went well but when I received the phone back today, supposedly repaired, the problem remained... when I plugged it into the charger, it wouldn't charge. I am going to return it again in the hope that they will either refund my money or send me another phone that works properly. I hope it can be solved

Le produit a été livré sous 3 jours malgré le week-end !! État comme neuf et bon fonctionnement, rien à signaler. Conforme et plus à mes attentes.en plus livré avec prise et écouteurs, même si non signalé.

Tuotteen ulkonäkö oli loistava niinkuin luvattiin. Toimitus kesti tuplat mutta ei loppujen lopuksi haitannut kun olin todella tyytyväinen tuotteeseen. Meinaan toistekkin tilata tuotteita backmarketista.

Service Greg très aléatoire , ce qui prive qu’il n’y a pas vraiment de suivi puisque depuis jeudi dernier le Repreneur me donne la somme prévue et Greg ontinuecawle dure que j’ai l’ouïe lavette,qu’il est délié que je n’ai pas été assez réactive ect … ça ne me semble pas sérieux
