Product conforms, delivered with its HP keyboard and a new stylus, a few scratches on the shell of the computer slightly visible on the shell and keyboard. The only downside that made me take off one star was a nice scratch on the touch screen, which you can feel when you touch it. The product is of very good quality for a refurbished, attention for those who would like, powerful computer but energivore in battery.

I haven't used it much yet, but as it is, it's just what I was looking for, light, not too small, not too big, it works fast and has free programs. The only doubt I had was the speed, 1.6, but we'll see how it goes. Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to recycle appliances and give them a new life and continue to be of service.

Received very quickly. The computer works perfectly and is super fast. The only complaint is that the pc sticks, probably due to the cleaning product. Apart from this small problem, I'm very happy with this reconditioned PC, which is more than perfect. Well done !!!!!!

I ordered this computer in very good condition and received it rather quickly, it has a few scratches on the shell but nothing too annoying. Overall it works very well, Windows 11 is pre-installed and it is very fast. On the other hand, the battery doesn't seem to have very good autonomy, when it's 100% charged and I unplug it, in 30 seconds it's down to 98%. Given that I'm planning to use this computer for my studies, I'm afraid this is going to be a problem for me. I'm thinking of buying a new battery or telling the seller about it so that I can have it changed, as I bought it in VERY good condition!

I admit that I wasn't the typical customer... but let's be honest, economically speaking, I'm satisfied with my purchase. This little computer does the job (video emails and even creating little 3D kitchen plans). The battery charge isn't crazy but it's all good for me.

This is my first purchase of a second-hand PC, and I'm used to the ELITEBOOK range through my work, so I'm back to the same hardware that I'm used to - The exterior of the PC is in perfect condition, and it's working very well at the moment. I've noticed that the application search bar is a bit slow, rarely giving results, and that double-clicking on the pad is a bit slow. But that's nothing to get worked up about, considering that this isn't a new PC! I'm very happy with my purchase, and I hope it lasts :)

Posted on Trustpilot on 12/10/2023 : Bought a refurbished laptop, lots of choice so I was able to select the features I wanted. Excellent cosmetic condition and working order (including battery), impeccable system image, administrator account, delivered quickly with its charger and well packaged. And of course, the price was very good compared to new. Excellent!

Delivered quickly, with no fuss, which is great, the only downside is that the battery sometimes seems temperamental, displaying 22% when unplugged and 70% when plugged in. Otherwise, the computer seems to run well, so I guess that's one of the "risks" you have to take when refurbishing it.

HP Elitebook 830 G6 computer as described (even better, the screen is touch-sensitive), in perfect condition, delivered by 24-hour express delivery, all at a great price! I highly recommend BH Tech and BackMarket!
