It works and didn't explode

Good quality Fast delivery

The laptop arrived in good condition, with no problems. However, I was unable to configure fingerprint or facial recognition, even though the appropriate drivers were installed.

The condition of the PC was as described and delivered in advance, which I appreciated. And after almost two weeks of use, I can say that the computer is working well and I hope it stays that way.

Quickly received (great transport packaging by the way) and quicker than Backmarket told me. The machine is in great condition (a ridiculous scratch near the keyboard), the screen is perfect and it runs perfectly well. The only downside was that I couldn't sell my old machine at the same time as buying the PC. And that's a big disappointment.

I'm very pleased with this laptop, which is everything I expected it to be. OK, the keyboard is in German - I didn't notice it when I ordered it - but that's not a problem in the end. However, not all the keys are backlit.

The delivery was fast, the computer arrived a day before the date on which it was to arrive true to images. battery 🔋 resistant, does not heat. touch screen, no worries bugs so far. For a first purchase on back market, I am not disappointed I recommend.

Product conforms, delivered with its HP keyboard and a new stylus, a few scratches on the shell of the computer slightly visible on the shell and keyboard. The only downside that made me take off one star was a nice scratch on the touch screen, which you can feel when you touch it. The product is of very good quality for a refurbished, attention for those who would like, powerful computer but energivore in battery.

I admit that I wasn't the typical customer... but let's be honest, economically speaking, I'm satisfied with my purchase. This little computer does the job (video emails and even creating little 3D kitchen plans). The battery charge isn't crazy but it's all good for me.

Very good, in really very good condition, a bit of noise from the fan at times and a key that sticks very slightly. The battery life is also short but I think elitebooks all have short battery life. But very happy with my purchase, for the price it's really a very good deal.
