Good product except when I'm recording a video or a voice, there's an unpleasant sound when you increase the volume while recording. The iPhone 12 has trouble restarting itself, that is to say even if you stay long or little. It will shut down permanently. But the rest is already pretty good.

ordered on 5/12, received on 7/12 with a 100% apple battery and still under apple warranty everything is perfect, just 2/3 scratches on the edges but that's part of reconditioning and they are invisible with a shell so it's fine.

I think it's too early to give an assessment, but as BackMarket insists, here's one. The phone arrived in perfect condition. The battery is 100%, which surprised me, I expected a little less even if it was refurbished. The screen sometimes doesn't react well, but you lock and unlock the phone and it works again. Otherwise everything is fine. The reconditioner included a non-original charger as a free gift, which is appreciated. I insist that it is too early to give a more informed opinion but, a priori, everything is in order. I am satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered an Iphone 12 pro max in perfect condition and I received it in perfect condition everything is in order, good packaging, delivery was fast. However the battery is 87% which is surprising for a device in perfect condition. Otherwise I would recommend.

DHL is a reference delivery company today (personal experience). - the quality of the product. Impeccable telephone. - How easy it was to transfer the data from my old phone to the new one. - Easy to change the SIM card and launch the new one. The only small detail is that when I was setting up the new phone, between transferring data, updating old applications etc... I found that the phone got a bit hot. I'm waiting to see how the phone works over the coming weeks. But for now, I am extremely satisfied with my 4th phone on backmarket (in 10 years). Thank you very much. I got my Iphone 13 today and it looks like new and even 100 per cent battery, of course I took a close look at everything and noticed that apparently the display has been replaced because the true tone function does not work, it should be an LCD display, I will test the next few days to see if everything else works and also keep an eye on the battery which should be original. Because the battery level is displayed correctly.

No marks, excellent condition I recommend

iPhone 8 phone in very good condition. The battery is second hand but still lasts more than a day easily. No anomaly since 2 weeks of detention.
