Thanks again for all your help order received in excellent condition. Delivery was abit slow but great customer service and product.

Very happy with the phone quality, but very disappointed in the battery, will definitely have too renew it.

Quality was ok, except that the microphone and earpiece were not cleaned beforehand. Little by little, several things failed (which can happen with refurbished). But what makes it so great is the excellent service from you. I received extremely nice and competent help with my complaint. I have never experienced such good service before, which is why I went straight to you for my new phone! Thank you very much

Backmarket's delivery and service are fine, but the phone is a disaster. The slightest knock and the phone breaks, and I had to replace the whole front panel 4 times, which meant paying a lot for repairs. I wanted to order a reconditioned phone out of concern for the environment. But changing the screen every 6 months is anything but environmentally friendly...

État largement à la hauteur de ce qui était annoncé. Livraison dans les temps annoncé. Smartphone apparemment très bien et en parfait état de fonctionnement.Je ne suis pas un connaisseur, mais j'ai l'impression d'avoir fait une très bonne affaire !

Produit dans l'attente de mes espérances. Hormis un léger éclat sur le coin gauche de la coque du S9 dans l'arrondi. Caché par la coque de protection ce téléphone est pratiquement neuf. La livraison a été de 3 jours ce qui est vraiment raisonnable. L'emballage au top . Je recommancerai ce mode d'achat pour mon budget et aussi pour la planète. Bravo à l'équipe.

Le galaxy S10+ est bien conforme cependant, quelques marque sont présente sur l'écran. Heureusement il y a un film de protection donc je pense que les marques sont juste sur le film. Le téléphone est arrivé chez moi bloqué par un code et en espagnole donc cela veux dire qu'il n'avait pas été remis à zéro avant l'envoie. Le services client du reconditionneur m'a répondu en moins de 24h mais j'ai réussis a me dépanner seul. Sinon, tout les accessoires étaient présent dans la boite du téléphone.

The phone is well in line with the condition described, there is still a problem with the GPS which sometimes only manages to settle after 20 or 30 minutes...problematic when travelling, is this linked to the model itself or more precisely to this phone, impossible to highlight. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. :)

Produit reçu légèrement en retard à cause du transporteur ( totalement indépendant de la volonté de Back Market et du Revendeur donc). Téléphone de très bonne qualité pour un appareil reconditionné, aucune impression de "déjà utilisé", vraiment la sensation est top.
