The product is in perfect condition, it really looks like it came from the shop and not a refurbished one, it arrived spotless and clean. The product works perfectly so far and I am delighted with it. I have received my order almost a week later than expected. I recommend it 100%.

Good evening. It was a gift for my sister who was doing a computer course. But I must admit that I loved the product as soon as I saw it. It is the second notebook I have bought and both have met my expectations, the first one was never used and I gave it to a friend, who is very happy with it. But this second HP is even better, as I said, I only tested it because it was for my sister, but it was very good. I am more than satisfied with the purchase so far.

The Lenovo arrived without any problems, when unpacked the packaging was correct and finally, it turned on and works without any problems... so far so good...

good product, the LG 7 is a few years old, but looks like new, I would almost say it's a new device! Back Market satisfies just fine!

The customer service is excellent. I am always grateful. with the equipment I was disappointed that the keyboard got hot. it discouraged me because they are failures that are repeated. I found it a little slow and wanted to take it to Windows 11 and the processor did not allow it. I agreed to work with win10 but when it heated up quickly I decided to return it.

My laptop is very good, it is the same as the one I used at work. I manage very well with it. It works perfectly.

Delivery is OK. The phone works well. It discharges a little quickly I think. I regretted not having the charging cable without the plug and instructions. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the phone.

Product as described and as expected. Extensive update procedure during commissioning (storage capacity). Additional cover urgently required. Risk of slipping... Overall very ok.

The computer works very well and delivers everything it promised. The only downside is that the battery doesn't even last two hours once it is unplugged. I have configured everything for the maximum possible energy saving but it still doesn't increase its useful time. The cable that is connected to the transformer doesn't seem to make good contact sometimes, you have to move it until it starts charging. I think this is something that should be changed or checked.
