Very good first experience with Back Market, from ordering to delivery. As far as the Fairplay Alaska headphones are concerned, they work well except for the control to raise or lower the volume by tapping twice on the left or right earpiece, you can go up or down a notch but then it doesn't work properly. I don't know if the product was designed that way in the first place.

Very good buying experience. Fast and careful delivery. The headphones are like new and work very well. However, I'm not sure if they have a noise reduction function and I still haven't figured out how to increase or decrease the sound. But it's still a good buy considering the value for money.

The headphones are in good condition and work properly, except that the right-hand side sometimes tends to go silent for a few seconds before 'reconnecting' to the phone.
