The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price. It came with Windows 10 installed and though I mostly use Macs, it wasn’t long before I was able to get things set up. This is my fifth item purchased from Back Market and have been happy each time.

The Dell laptop is as stated on your website. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished item but have been pleasantly surprised. As an older person I just have to learn how to use it properly.

I came across this site by accident and I'm glad I did. I had ordered a reconditioned laptop from another source and was let down 3 times on the delivery. so I decided to cancel and get one from this site. not only was it a more superior laptop but it also arrived the next day. customer is more than happy with his upgrade to what he was getting but thanked me for the prompt service. 5 star service and will definitely be ordering again.

the laptop is really good works really well and fast. the battery dies a bit fast and the colour peals of but otherwise works nicely. I use it for school work and other programs but can't run high quality games without being plugged in.

The laptop arrived promptly and appears to be in excellent condition. I am satisfied with the purchase and would feel confident ordering additional items from Back Market. The only concern I has is the frequent follow-up emails, which were somewhat intrusive.

Good price, excellent service. It is the first time I have bought a refurbished product and I am very happy with my 'new' keyboard. It arrived well packaged, clean and in a better condition than I expected.

Delivery took longer than expected due to bank holiday and it had me stressing about my exams for university. Product quality and communication through the help centre has been ten ten. Would recommend!

Laptop is in great condition, I got the fair version. There is a few scratches and marks but nothing that is noticeable, the laptop works excellently. I am very happy with my purchase, I have invested in a brand new hp before and it shut down half way through writing an assignment! I have had no issues with this yet :)
