The phone was not in good condition. It arrived with a black dot on the screen - any phone being sold as 'good' should have a flawless screen. Anyway, that was the least of it, the phone was completely broken, It would randomly turn off and on. The seller Animus wasted my time by trying to fix it, did absolutely nothing to the phone (didn't even replace the battery for a battery fault) and sent me back my broken phone. Avoid back market completely, they don't vet their suppliers.

I bought a phone from back market and paid for 2 day express delivery. What followed was a litany of failure, misunderstanding, and misinformation. 3 weeks later I was sure the phone had been lost in transit and ordered another, only to have the phone turn up a month late. Now, back market will provide documentation required for a return - they do not understand international customs and refuse to ring DHL and find out what is actually required to return the parcel. I have never come across such a poor service or such hopeless customer support. Buy from back market at your peril!

Perfect experience! I was wary of reconditioning, and now I'm convinced! I'm waiting to see if my iPhone lasts in the long term, but there's no reason why it should, given the state of the battery! Very fast delivery, took back my old iPhone which was all broken, in short, top service!
