Camera lens had dirty glue around it and had obviously just been stuck on and was bad quality. Warranty is basically useless. Screen was unresponsive at points and this has only gotten worse. 1 year later and the keyboard is burnt into the screen and only half the screen still functions. Battery doesn't hold for as long as it should. Feels like the parts just aren't Samsung. Have regretted this purchase since the day I received it.

I was kept up to date on the movement of the phone from step one which was great it, looked in great condition, I bought it as a gift for my granddaughter for next month

Nice unit, but the internal cables were not fixed properly and were rubbing on the video card fan. We made the modification, but leaving it as it was would have caused breakage ....

It's perfect for my purposes: internet research, word processing. A reliable tool The condition is as advertised. Nothing to complain about

Satisfied, still has two dents in the corners although the product was stated to be in very good condition, but otherwise the computer works fine. The charger supplied was new. The product arrived on time and well packaged.

Like new. More than enough for home, office and multimedia use. I do very little multitasking. However, quite a specific cable (4-pin square pin) for adding a disk or burner (slim). Sound card or low-profile graphics card can be added very easily on pci. In short, an excellent machine that is still up to date.

It's a pity that the casing has two rather large scratches (in fact, this part of the computer is not in very good condition). As for the rest, everything is OK and the model is just right for me: light, fast.

Received promptly (a little mishandled during transit, it had come out of its hold). Works perfectly, received with a new charger. The battery lasts for 3 hours or so in office use, which is respectable considering the age of the beast. There are a few minor dings on the metal casing, but nothing too noticeable (personally, I think it gives it a certain cachet).
