everything is perfect! the condition of the phone is impeccable, Back Market's follow-up, in particular the information on the switch from a physical sim to an esim prior to receipt; 3rd phone reconditioned at BM and each time great satisfaction!

The iPhone is perfect but I chose not to replace the battery with a new one so it doesn't hold a charge for long. But quality price always very good I buy my reconditioned phones at Back market is the 3rd and I have never been disappointed.

The condition of the device is perfect. Not the slightest scratch, new battery... as if bought from the factory. All warranties with a minor investment and respecting the planet. This is my second refurbished iPhone and, seeing the fantastic results, not my last.

Received in a few days, via chronopost, without error. First purchase of a refurbished device and so far not disappointed, the iPhone is in perfect condition, it runs as I imagined (ie perfectly well) and the instructions for delivery and exchange of my old device were very clear. I'd recommend this service to anyone who wants to embark on a refurbished adventure!

iPhone 15 in perfect condition received with 93% battery, and very well packaged. It is very good but it is true that it heats up a little at certain times, apart from that it works perfectly, photo quality is superb.

You lose 1 point because I find it a shame that the phone is delivered with the cable but not the charger given the price of the iPhone 16 well it would have been commercial ... Delivery with 1 day in advance no notification but fortunately it was in the mailbox.

The truth is the mobile is very nice, intact looks like new, but it heats up when charging and although it is not charging is an iPhone 15 and the screen fails, it's a shame because physically is fine but internally I think not.
