I am very pleased. I had the impression of receiving a brand new phone, apart from the packaging of course, but the packaging was very clean and the phone was well protected. My expectations are more than met. I hope that in the long term I will not have any problems but I do not doubt I recommend this refurbisher 360 solution Madrid.

The truth is that it has been the first time I buy reconditioned and I was very surprised for the good! I placed an order for a Google pixel 8 pro on 23 December and on the 24th I had it at home, I could not believe it and also without a scratch, come on a total new mobile. Everything was great!

This is my third iPhone in Backmarket, I have to say that I have sent back some other terminal but not because of Backmarket, but rather by the seller, who has sent it either dirty or in an external or internal state that was not expected, my experience is that if you can, The three I have bought from Spanish sellers, the three I have had were from Spanish sellers and they have been great, battery over 90 and no reconditioned part or if it has been, it is original, that is my experience and I can not put a single fault to the service of Backmarket, if certain sellers outside Spain.

very happy, the watch has arrived official certified apple refurbished and in its original box. the only thing that I have received a unit from the united states and the blood oxygen sensor does not work because of the issue that apple is having with patents, I hope it is solved soon. the rest works ideal and has arrived with a 100% battery health.

All the management with BM has been impeccable: easy access to offers, agile purchase process and perfect delivery fulfilment. The devices (I bought 3 of the same) in very good condition, fulfilling the "Excellent" status I requested. Perhaps I expected the battery to be a little better, but it's fine (at 80%). The price for refurbished was ok, but it's not a great bargain either. It is simply (in relation to the price) a good buy. Looking hard to find good deals, it is very likely that I will repeat the experience at BM. Finally, regarding the 3 iphone 11s purchased, good acquisitions: good operating system, oractic and agile phones for personal use, good memory capacity and very good access speed. External condition of the devices, very good. I only missed the plug, because we still need to plug in to charge the devices and with the usb we had to buy the plugs separately, which is not very good, because they may not be suitable as they are not the original ones, and spoil a good purchase. All in all, good buy, good place to buy and good condition. Price, slightly better, although it was good.

The product received was great and in perfect condition. No scratches and it is working as new. More or less 2 months after receiving it I had a problem with the battery, the phone did not recognise it was being charged. I sent it for repair, and I received a new refurbished phone within a week. It appears to be working perfectly.

This is the 1st time I have bought a reconditioned product. I have to say that it has arrived in its original box and correctly closed and sealed like new. So far very happy with the purchase.

I had a problem with the previous mobile of this model purchased from EC Brest and I requested its return. Before receiving the return, as it was a Epiphany gift, I bought this other mobile from Green Solutions and I am delighted with the mobile I received because it works perfectly, the battery health is 100% and the condition is perfect. I purchased it in excellent condition (although the previous one was also in this format). Out of three mobiles purchased from Back Market I have only had problems with one and it has been refunded so I will be using Back Market again for my next purchases.

The phone arrived earlier than indicated, and the case and screen protection arrived on time, two days later. The appearance of the phone is impeccable and there are no problems with its operation. The operating system warns that the screen may not be original, but to the naked eye it is undetectable and functionally perfect. I would like to know why the prices vary every few hours on the products. Highly recommended.
