I can't imagine what could be done better in the ordering process. Firstly and most importantly, the Galaxy Note was not only delivered in excellent (as stated) condition, but to me the device was indistinguishable from a new one. What I also liked about the whole process from ordering to delivery was that I was always kept informed about the current status of the delivery. So a thumbs up here too!

Galaxy note 20 ultra bought in perfect condition, what more can I say except that it's perfect, flawless, no scratches, I recommend it! First purchase and I'm not disappointed, perfect! The battery lasts all day with normal use (internet, social networks, sms...)

Everything perfect order, delivery, use. Except downside I could not benefit from the discount with the home code. The first payment bugged and was not taken into account at the next manipulation.

I was very sceptical about refurbished. But after two used ones (condition: excellent) from a competitor with the "s", which were full of bad scratches and hadn't even been cleaned, I gave it a chance. I got a device almost like new. The foil was on the display like the new device. Apart from a small, almost invisible scratch at the bottom of the frame, the device really has nothing. The entire device looks like new. The battery is at 100% power. I am also not shown that any hardware has been replaced. I'm still trying to find the catch, but can't (currently) find anything negative. Just regret not ordering directly from BackMarket again.

Delivered in 2 days, this is my 1st refurbished experience and I am very satisfied. The iPhone is in very good condition, I didn't notice the difference with a new one, and the battery is at 100% capacity. The phone works perfectly and the 12-month warranty convinced me to take the plunge.
