2nd order on this site. After the iPad, the refurbished iPhone. Received a day early (the DHL delivery lady was very friendly), super clean phone, so great. I'm having a bit of trouble setting it up - I had a Samsung before - but I'll get there. I really recommend Backmarket 👍

A faulty product that quickly broke down. Simple return, easy communication with Back Market and a full refund to your bank account within 2 days. A real follow-up after the sale with no headaches. It's refurbished, I was unlucky, but Back Market were fair and offered the right solution. I'd recommend it.

iPhone received the day after my order in perfect condition, battery at 90% which is still reasonable for reconditioning. No scratches, no marks. After a month of use I had no problem iPhone is like new

The order arrived very quickly and the phone was really impeccable at first glance, but unfortunately I had to send it back because the microphone was registering noise... I sent it back to be repaired or exchanged, but the reconditioner informed me that this was not possible, so I was refunded...

Everything perfect order, delivery, use. Except downside I could not benefit from the discount with the home code. The first payment bugged and was not taken into account at the next manipulation.

I am disappointed with my purchase. It's not the first time I've ordered from back market, and I've never had any unpleasant surprises, but this time... The phone is very good, in very good condition but the battery is dead, forced to charge twice a day with a classic use, I find it a little abused.

Galaxy note 20 ultra bought in perfect condition, what more can I say except that it's perfect, flawless, no scratches, I recommend it! First purchase and I'm not disappointed, perfect! The battery lasts all day with normal use (internet, social networks, sms...)

Very happy with my purchase from this seller, Iphone 13 mini in excellent condition, so mini and light that upon receipt I thought I had only received the case (purchased at the same time as the phone) in the package. I highly recommend!
