Soy colombiano en Francia, primera vez comprando un celular reacondicionado. Estéticamente el celular viene con rayones en la parte de atrás y raspaduras en las esquinas, normal para un celular usado. El vidrio de la pantalla está bien, sin rayones ni nada, igual los lentes de las cámaras traseras, la cámara frontal está sucia por dentro pero toma buenas fotos, con perfecta calidad El porcentaje de la batería está en 86%, me parece que está bien, solo queda esperar cuanto dura con ese porcentaje. La pantalla que trae no es original, la cambiaron entonces eso me tiene un poco dudoso. We sent a power cable that is not original, but is good. My teenage daughter really likes this laptop. I was just disappointed by the slightly damaged condition and given the price I thought I could have found something in better condition. But in today's world, it's better to buy reconditioned and think about our planet, and if my teenager is happy, everything's fine!

Hello, I ordered the iPhone 11 pro which I used for only a few months! When it arrived the phone wouldn't charge, but after several attempts it finally did! The battery never held and there was an error message about this! The phone never worked properly, and finally the phone leaked on a rainy day!! and for a price of at least €360 I find this shameful!!! I tried to get the warranty to work, but apparently it's my fault! The shame, I already had no money so I can tell you that I have nothing, thank you backmarcket, it's crap!
