    I love my refurbed Xiaomi mi10T pro 5g it's a great phone, only one thing holding this review back- the battery. I'm doing my best to conserve it but I always have to carry a charger and it's stressful!

    Great delivery time, item arrived in perfect condition when bought at the "excellent" condition. Phone itself beats anything new for the price I got it for by a long long mile.

    It's a scam. The phone you get is not the phone you paid for. Please take advice and not order from this company. Customer service does not resolve the issue and doesn't seem surprised that fraud is regular in their company

    J'ai attendu plusieurs semaines d'utilisation pour donner mon avis pour être sûr'. J'ai reçu mon téléphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro avec 1 jour d'avance. Très bien emballé et donc protégé. Dedans il y avait la fiche et le cordon pour le rechargé, ainsi qu'une coque transparente. Le téléphone est en excellent état. Je ne regrette mon choix de l'achat d'un reconditionné. Ayant eu un Xiaomi avant je ne suis pas décue par cette gamme. Je recommande vivement le site et le téléphone.

    Bonsoir, Justement, nous sommes très déçus de la tenue de charge de la batterie. En effet, j'ai choisi ce modèle de téléphone pour mon fils puisque j'en possède un moi-même depuis juillet 2022 et l'autonomie était le critère le plus important avec la recharge hyper-rapide (120W). j'en ai donc acheté un second reconditionné chez backmarket en toute connaissance de cause càd sans chargeur (qui vaut tout de même 50 euros) et avec une capacité de la batterie normalement égale au minimum de 85% de la capacité initiale. C'est ce dont je doute en fait (en comparant la durée d'activité de nos deux téléphones XIAOMI 11T pro) et voudrais pouvoir le vérifier... Comment m'assurer de la qualité de cette batterie qui ne tient manifestement pas en comparaison à la mienne, qui a pourtant déjà plus de 18 mois...? Bien cordialement. BROUSSE Simon

    Commande passée sans trop de difficulté grâce à la simplicité du site , commande enregistre et expédiée très rapidement. A la réception le colis était parfaitement emballé , boîte et smartphone intacte. Un seul problème a déclaré , mauvaise coloris de smartphone reçu mais pas gênant car la nouvelle plait beaucoup plus à ma compagne ahah ! Je recommande beaucoup le marchand ( reconditionneur ) et aussi Backmarket pour leurs plateforme !
