Backmarket is a platform on which various retailers can offer their second-hand products. Normally, the seller pays a fee for using the platform. That's how I know it. In any case, I was completely satisfied with the product I bought.

The phone is excellent! Nothing to complain about. I received the phone with the cable and nothing else...for the price I could have had the mains plug I think.

Fast delivery as usual but really poor packaging... You can feel the phone moving around in the cardboard box and there is no bubble wrap. For my previous phones there was the original box in addition to the shipping carton. When you consider the fragility of photo sensors and the number of phones I've ordered from you, I think it's a shame.

Smartphones received in new condition, and I received them 2 days early! With an original screen protector, in the box with charger and shell, all original and new. I recommend without hesitation
