The console is of good quality and corresponds well to the condition mentioned at the time of purchase. However, the controller is inferior and the buttons stick. I therefore had to buy a new controller, which wasn't in my budget.

Xbox itself is great, such good value and I’m so happy I’ve got it. Controller was very dodgy at the start, wouldn’t turn on, would switch off half way through a game. Still having to keep an eye on it and have a feeling I’ll have to buy a new controller soon. But other than that it’s all great!

It arrived very quickly and was well packed. Everything is in very good condition and works very well. l am new to the Xbox and so just trying to get used to the controls, very frustrating but that's down to me not the Xbox. very pleased with my purchase.

Arrived earlier than expected and great product

Unfortunately we bought an Xbox one s in excellent condition and we have found a crack in the case of the console next to the front USB connector, visible to the naked eye. We would like to claim that it is NOT IN EXCELLENT CONDITION (theoretically no scratches...and less case breakage). The console is working normally.

Package arrived before the Console with a few dents on the bottom that are hardly noticeable, bought in good condition, arrived in more than excellent condition, working controller with batteries already included, plus game as a gift.

Very satisfied with my order with a super fast delivery and very well packed box, nothing to say everything is positive.

It's perfect, beautiful and I love the noise when it's switched on and all the other sounds it makes. just one negative point, the controller has a few little problems. the button to turn it on bugs a bit. it's resistant and you have to press it long enough for the console to turn on. I love everything else about it.

Product received earlier than expected. Exactly as described. Great condition. Would recommend 100%.
