The appliance ordered arrived within the stated time. The delivery was well monitored, and we were informed at every stage. The phone is in perfect condition, very well packaged in a blister pack with all the accessories, it looks like new! On the other hand, I wanted cheap and I got cheap. The phone is archaic, you hardly need a stylus and a stone tablet to write a text message :-D. It's impossible to download apps, the internet is only 3G, so-so... I'm not blaming Back Market for this transaction. I just made the wrong choice for my needs. I'm going to look into ordering another one... from Back Market of course ;-)

Despite a lost parcel, and after waiting 3 weeks, I finally received my phone. The after-sales service is very responsive, and answers every question. It's the first time I've had a problem with BM, but they've made up for it (even if the second time it took another day).

I'm delighted with my purchase. I've actually already had this phone and when I changed mobiles I gave it to my mother. She'd broken the screen recently and as she's old she was worried about getting used to a new phone. So the idea came to me to find the same one second-hand! Thanks Back Market!

I'm not happy because there are. Big problems with the touchscreen on the edges of the screen and big problems with the phone network, it doesn't pick up well in the same place with the same operator. And I've already got bugs in the application.

Hello Correct good product, impeccable value for money but impossible to take screenshots

it is a little slow to access the various functions, such as making a phone call, searching the Internet or even accessing different sites.

Some applications I can't download, like Microsoft teams, give me a message saying that the application won't work on my Wiko.
