Hello, thank you for the good customer "aftercare". I have tested the machine, but there are a few issues that have made me decide to return it. Firstly, the 14" screen seems too small as in my old ThinkPad T61T I'm used to its 15.6" screen and this one has English language browser menus which would cause inconvenience for my wife who would have used this and for her it would become something of a language barrier. I've already traded in a less than a year old Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with a large screen and adequate memory. I need instructions on resetting and how to put it back to factory settings or do you have it done by actual experts? There is nothing wrong with the machine, but with certain features the old head is no longer very idle with new things. With thanks and a bow Heikki

First of all I have to complain that it came with 4Gb of extra memory! moreover you can't see the slightest sign of wear or scratches on the chassis...it looks new....and then who asked you for the bag wasn't in the description! E C E C T I O N A L ! ! !

Delivered very quickly and in good condition. Windows pre-installed, works quickly. The device is of course not the latest, which is why it is not suitable for gaming or designing or similar, but for everyday university or work life, where you have to deal with office-like apps anyway, it is just right.

I was torn between giving this laptop 3 or 4 stars. The power is remarkable, however, the battery life leaves a lot to be desired. Although Lenovo promises up to 10 hours of battery life, in my experience it barely reaches 2.5 hours. Despite this, I opted not to return it due to the complexity of the process, trusting that I will eventually replace the battery myself. However, I think they should improve quality control in this area.

The keyboard was not Spanish but they put some stickers of the Spanish keyboard. I consider that in the product description should have mentioned this detail as it could have discarded this purchase by not having Spanish keyboard of origin. The windows 10 was already installed but they had created a user !user1" by default. We had to restore windows 10 in order to delete the "user1" account so that we could create a root user account. Otherwise the purchase and the laptop work very well. The delivery time was less than expected. Overall the purchase is positive but not a complete failure.

Everything so far good, delivery, laptop, processing, payment with Klarna. However, the device is not suitable for Win 11. It's a pity that this is only apparent when you check the compatibility with MS. Should already be recognisable on the marketplace. Unfortunately I had to return it.

The equipment is in perfect condition, the only thing is a few scratches but not very visible, otherwise excellent. It clearly does not come in a box, as is obvious. The charge I thought it was going to last less, and the truth surprised me. Highly recommended. I hope to be able to make more purchases in the future.
