The price of mobile phones are eye watering expensive -money that I am not prepared to pay-ever!. Keep up the good work Back Market. The phone I received was in brilliant condition and the service from start to finish was flawless. You now have a loyal customer and I will be spreading the word on good you are!

Buying second-hand means having a (small) thought for the environment: it's a shame to see that my parcel came by plane from Germany. I could have waited 2 more days for it to arrive by train. After ordering, I received the delivery date: I knew that I would be away but it was impossible to give the deliveryman another date. It took a 1st delivery before I could finally indicate my choice (waste of time, energy and unnecessary pollution).

The phone looks like new! And at a very good price! It works perfectly. I like the Experia 5 III because it is relatively small (normal mobile height but much narrower) which makes it very comfortable. The camera has the option to use it in manual mode, which I think is great. It has 3 cameras and 4 focal lengths (with a maximum zoom of x4.4 in relation to the main lens), without using the digital zoom which significantly reduces the quality of the photo. Overall the phone is very good, the fingerprint sensor works well and is very comfortable. The touchscreen and the phone in general are very responsive. The battery life is very good.
