4.9/5"excellent" condition, amazing... as if it was out of the box. Included a transparent case and protective camera and screen film. Perfect to cover the needs till one get better ones (if you really want to protect against drops). The only downside is it does not come with the wall power adapter, just the cable. 5/5Le smartphone commandé le 29/11 a été livré le 01/12 ce qui est très rapide. Comparé au prix du neuf, le prix demandé était très compétitif d'autant que l'aspect extérieur était quasiment comme neuf, seul le chargeur étant absent comme cela était clairement indiqué dans le descriptif. Pour une 1ère commande de matériel reconditionné, c'était plutôt une réussite qui demandait toutefois à être confirmée. Et l'appareil semble bien fonctionner. Pour du reconditionné, je suis agréablement surprise. En espérant qu'il me dure aussi longtemps que mon Galaxy note 8. Je recommande donc ce site. 5/5Ovviamente ho atteso un po' prima di recensire quanto acquistato per verificare meglio. Partiamo dalla spedizione, velocissima e imballo ineccepibile se pur non originale. Ho preso un prodotto etichettato come "buono" e sono rimasto stupito che invece é pari al nuovo. Nessun graffio o segno di danneggiamento, batteria perfettamente funzionante, testata tutta la parte di sensori che risulta perfetta, ovviamente non conosco in che modo sia stato ricondizionato, me quello che é stato fatto é stato fatto perfettamente. I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. 5/5Ho ordinato ieri l'altro un Samsung galaxy note 20 5G, è partito da Madrid ed oggi è già arrivato!!! NON HO CREDUTO AI MIEI OCCHI!! UN SOLO GIORNO!!! Avevo tanta paura ad aprire il pacco e trovarci magari uno smartphone rigato, nonostante avessi ordinato uno eccellente. È la prima volta che acquisto un ricondizionato. Ragazzi UNO SPETTACOLO!!! COME NUOVO DAVVERO!!! È stato un po' uno sbattimento impostare la tastiera e le impostazioni in italiano ma vabbè è normale. Lo uso solo da tre ore e funziona alla grande!!! Unica pecca, devo sottolinearlo è arrivato un single sim al posto di un dual, nonostante c'era scritto e come l'avrei desiderato. Però per evitare sbattimenti di spedirlo indietro ecc. 4/5Dommage encore une fois, ce deuxième téléphone commandé et reçu est en excellent état, mais arrive "déjàéinstallé en "français". Après un RESET total, c'est le deuxième appareil reçu en Coréen de la part de ce reconditionneur. Même si il est possible de "passer" en français, moultes applications ne fonctionnent pas sur le territoire français à cause de la ROM en Coréen. Vraiment dommage que Back Market n'oblige pas les reconditionneurs à afficher le CSC de la ROM. Ca éviterait à l'avenir de passer commande inutilement. 4.3/5I got the samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g which had a FAIR condition onit, The communication from the vendor was on point at every stage the delivery by dpd was on time and well informed payment via KLARNA was very easy and the phone... the condition was so much better than i expected, very minor nicks on the metal - does not affect the overall look screen is scratch free did i get lucky? not sure but very happy on my 1st day of using the phone.
