All good. Reconditioned product but in perfect working order. Some small marks but considering the discount applied there is no point in claiming or returning the product. Happy with the purchase.

So far there's nothing to complain about, the product is as good as new, the charging case is flawless, with just a little play on the hinges when the case is opened. The headphones themselves work perfectly well, the quality is spot on, the sound is perfect, the product is super light, you hardly feel them and the headphones have no imperfections. The product arrived a day early, so thank you to the reconditioning team for their professionalism and speed of delivery, and thank you also to Mrs Pauline who thanked me for my purchase, with a little note on the invoice! The parcel was perfectly protected, well packaged and well protected, nothing to complain about.

Ordered them on 13.11 and they arrived on 14.11 so always top delivery. I also have my Samsung and my watch from here and am very happy with them. Noise cancellation is slightly different than my old airpods pro (had switched from iPhone to Samsung) but the sound a 10/10 I recommend to everyone!!!

I bought these headphones "in perfect condition", and they are functional of course, however there are impact marks on the box, the headphones also did not have their tips - fortunately I had others to put them (plus they were still in the name of their previous owner, it's not serious at all but it made me tick x)). In short, I've had better experiences with Backmarket, the headphones work without any major problems and it's just a question of minor details.

Earphones arrived in excellent condition, as described, and with the pleasant surprise of being charged. The sound is very good, with adjustments possible depending on your musical listening preference. They fit perfectly in the ear depending on the ear tips chosen, as all three sizes were sent with them. So far, these headphones seem perfect.

Super fast delivery, I was buying this item because I had lost my charging case. I took it in "correct" condition and frankly it's impeccable! I can't find a scratch, the pack was complete, the sound quality and the microphone are identical to my current first buds. I'd definitely recommend it!

Very fast delivery. The headphones work very well. The only downside is that their size is a bit large compared to the size of my ears and I only received one pair of silicone tips. But otherwise great!
