I ordered an Oppo find X3 pro . Nothing to say about the delivery and packaging. The product was in perfect condition when I bought it. On receipt, I confirmed what the seller said. This is my first experience in the reconditioned world and frankly, I'm not disappointed. I was still hoping to get the original packaging but I guess that's complicated in the world of refurbished. The charging unit must have been bought separately.

The phone looks great. On the other hand, the battery is dead... it dies far too quickly. So I had to change it straight away. The charging cable doesn't work, which is a shame.

I bought this item to be used with Bernafon hearing aids, model Encanta miniRITE, but it turns out that the mobile phone I ordered is not fully compatible with my hearing aids. My hearing aid specialist recommended a Samsung which is fully compatible. Can we envisage an exchange in the same price range? So far it is perfect, I bought the model in the right condition, except for a mini scratch that you have to see against the light, physically it is new. So far for the little checked the battery is like new and works incredibly well. I will certainly advise to buy in this page reconditioned devices.

First experience of reconditioning for me. Very fast delivery, very good condition, more than I expected. As for the battery, my big fear, it's perfect for the moment. Very pleasant surprise to have a new charger with it. I'm delighted with this order.

the truth is that it was for my mother and she is very happy with the phone, it comes like new and you can hardly notice that it is reconditioned, it had a small scratch but nothing serious, and the fast charging charger, I will certainly buy reconditioned mobiles again!!!!

Fast and careful delivery. So on this point nothing to report. After the phone itself a little disappointed because I expected better on the point battery ... but then on the other features of the phone, ras.

1st time using back market, can safely say they do a quick delivery service, phone arrived and was as described and works perfectly, only issue I had with it was the back was really sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned, not a big issue as it cleaned up easily enough, other than that, I'm a happy customer and would recommend them to friends and family 😊

Very happy with the phone. The only drawback is the battery, which is not new, and this is very noticeable over time. Otherwise, even if the screen is scratched (I was totally fine with that), the lenses are fine! I bought it for its camera and I'm far from disappointed ☺️
