Everything as advertised very, very minor scuff mark on one edge, all cables and connectors included and presented well in the box. I recommend!

I'm delighted with the speed of delivery, and with the switch itself, but the little piece at the back of the device that keeps the switch "upright" is missing, and I wasn't informed of this before, even though it's a clearly visible missing part.

The camera is great, there's no sign of ageing or previous use! The package is spot on and everything arrived without a hitch. It should be noted that there was a fair amount of dust on the cables and in the gaps, but otherwise everything was fine.

The device works very well, apart from the fact that I can't pick it up at all on the TV, it's impossible to get it to appear, so I don't understand why, I've tried everything and I can't pick it up, I've been trying since I got it and it's impossible on the TV.

The switch works perfectly, clean and true to the description. A small negative point about the packaging, the switch and accessories were wandering around in the box, admittedly there was no original packaging, but a small box in addition to the size of the switch would have been much better.

A very pleasant surprise on receipt: despite being advertised as being in "fair condition", the Switch we received was in very good condition, delivered in its original box, and of course it worked perfectly.

The switch I received wasn't the same colour as in the photo and it had more scratches on the screen than I'd imagined, but it arrived a few days early and with an extra storage bag.

Wasn't inspected as there was data still left on the switch but you pay an inspection fee. When I questioned this with customer services all I got was to return it over and over, ignored all my other questions. They wouldn't tell me what they inspected when I asked what the fee was for. Beware as others have said customer service is awful.
