The device meets all my requirements, I even think it is more sophisticated than the one we bought in Slovakia.

It's the third one I've bought. It lasts a couple of years and then breaks. In the last one it was impossible to remove the pot. However, all in all, it is a good product.

I received it without working on February 5th. As of 16 February I have not received my money. It is not clear to me that I will get it back. Never again a reconditioned of this one.

Device received incomplete, missing accessories, delivery time not respected (with the holidays approaching it's understandable), I had to contact customer service (which was responsive). Result, order returned to sender. I'm waiting for my refund. 1st purchase= disappointment
