I’m very pleased with this refurbished Surface and glad that my older Surface keyboard fitted and works well. I got a newer version as battery drained too quickly and needed Windows 11. This works perfectly. Great refurbished product rated fair but all good.

I was little surprised that on a refurbished model there was a sticker with the name of the previous owner stuck to the back of the laptop. The laptop seems to be functioning well, battery drain is quite fast but could be expected for an older model?

Surface Pro 7 in very good condition as stated, already updated with windows 11. Shipped and received very quickly, but I was a bit worried about the condition on arrival, as the box had taken a few knocks and the device was simply wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. But in the end there was no damage, everything was fine!

just perfect i received the surface pro 7 2 days earlier than estimated and despite the fact that i chose it in "good condition" nothing to complain about (nothing very conspicuous), the battery is holding up well etc. just perfect

Very pleased, product in very good condition, looks like new, very fast delivery. Only small inconvenience, the reconditioner was Italian so everything was in Italian and French was not downloaded, fortunately with the help of my desktop computer and with the small icons I managed to update the language.

As an upgrade to my Surface Pro 3 because it is not Win11 capable, and because it is not WPA3/WPA2 capable, I would have to set my router to pure WPA2. Advantage for the Pro 7, my pen and the keyboard of the Pro 3 work and I also have a USB-C port, even if it is not USB4. It also has a larger SSD and twice the amount of RAM. All in all, I'm satisfied so far as it's a second-hand device and you don't know how it's been treated beforehand, so I can't complain as long as it doesn't simply give up the ghost in the near future. The battery has lasted a long time so far and no pixel errors have been found, some slight signs of use are normal for me as it has been around for a few years. All I can say about Back Market itself is that everything has worked smoothly and in future I will only buy second-hand, at least PC-wise, as long as I can find something I like. I won't become a customer for tablets and smartphones because the update times from the manufacturers are too short, especially with security updates, to be on the safe side in the long term. But that's not Back Market's fault, and other customers see it differently to me.

I got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I am very happy with it so far and it was a great price. The delivery was on time and packaging was fine. The Surface Pro is in very good condition, no scratches or bumps. The pictures gave me the impression I was going to get a mouse and stylus but it was my fault for not reading the text properly, but I did get power supply. So all in all I am happy with Back Maket. Very well protected for transport. Fast, secure delivery, very conscientious Fedex carrier. Configured in French from start-up. Everything works perfectly. Just +++ ventilation at the start, but this is linked to major updates (Windows 11, etc.).
