The food processor seems to be working properly. Unfortunately, the correct condition and the description of the appliance on the BackMarket site did not suggest that the stainless steel bowl would have a HUGE impact on the outside of it (the inside being intact). Secondly, a plastic bowl should have had a glued seal. This is missing and only the glue residue remains, which I imagine is not very edible. Finally, I'm a bit puzzled by the lack of a precise description of the contents of the package... I'm missing a few items, such as the spatulas for the bowls, the mixing blade, and so on.

The magimix was missing 3 parts when we received it, rendering a large part of its functionality unusable. Having reported the problem to the seller and blackmarket, no suitable solution was found.

Absolutely disgraceful. The product did not match the description. The product was returned the same day with the returns slip printed and since then I have heard nothing from backmarket about a refund. What's more I bought it in monthly instalments and these continue. I have contacted backmarket 2 times with no response.
