After a bit of a cold sweat with Chronopost, I contacted the supplier, as well as Back Market's after-sales service. In both cases, the exchanges were serious and attentive to my request. Following telephone exchanges with the supplier, everything was quickly put right. I would like to thank everyone for their seriousness.

The cable used to charge the controller is faulty and without a controller it's difficult to use a PlayStation. So I had to buy a new cable and I think that's a bit dodgy, but apart from that everything's fine!

Product ok and compliant. I don't give 5 stars because the delivery was slightly delayed due to the fault of the seller I think, but the customer service took action to resolve the issue efficiently. Thank you.

Packaging done well, console box very damaged but it doesn't matter so much. The console is in excellent condition and so far works very well without any problems. The only small negative is the pad...dirty with dust and rather scratched which doesn't really reflect the product in 'excellent condition'.

Arrived very quickly. However, for such an expensive phone that's supposed to be in perfect condition, I've ended up with two micro cracks at the bottom of the screen. I take good care of my phones so I hope they don't spread. The case that was offered was also broken at the stylus.

Ultimately, it's a matter of my own position from which I look at the SE 2022. I previously had an I Phone 6s and was also happy with it. Now I've bought this SE 2022 and I'm very satisfied because so much has changed. So it's no wonder that I can be very satisfied.

Like new, you'd never guess it was second-hand. And what's more, it's an incredible phone.

Nickel, just micro-scratches on the base and the cap (the person who had it had to clean it with a scraper but the vegetable cutter and the blades are new), but there are all the accessories (vegetable cutter with chopper, spatulas, and 5 pounds). At first, I wasn't reassured to have everything as the ad didn't say anything about them, but I'm happy!
