I am more than delighted with my charger. Perfection condition I love the long lead as my old one was shorter. It came so quick as well. I would definitely buy from Back Market again.

The charger does not work at all, it does not light up, not even flicker. I understand that I can send it back but I’m not willing to go through the trouble. 35 € gone, that’s fine, but I can no longer trust this website.

The charger condition was excellent, it even had the factory stickers so I have no doubt it was actually brand new. So far it's working fine and I expect it to last for years as my original charger did.

I received the first MagSafe with cuts on the cable. I contacted the backmarket and reported this. A replacement was sent to me again without further queries. These things are bond to happen every now and then, but what's not common it's to see such an outstanding customer service. I feel confident that if something goes wrong the people at backmarket will be there to respond positively on a genuine issue. The post could be a bit faster, took 6 days each time to receive the order. It's not crazy slow but I needed the replacement ASAP as I had no power on my mac. If you don't need your stuff within 48 hrs or so, go for it. they are good in my experience

Arrived quickly, I'd ordered the wrong item but I was able to return it and get another very quickly. Very pleased with BackMarket, good value, efficient and great tobdeal with.

Initially there was a mix up with the delivery but the seller sorted things out very quickly. It was then posted it out straight away and they even gave me an upgrade on the product. Thanks a million!

Item was in perfect condition! Postage was quick enough too! Overall great experience would definitely purchase again!

Unfortunately they came with two pin connections, so as yet only have one working, have to go to shop and get another connection to convert to 3 pin. finding time to get to a hardware shop in restricted covid times the issue.

Scam! I have cancelled the item but never got my money back. No product and no money! no longer can contact the seller.
