5/5The monitors were in excellent condition; no dead pixels or marks or any note at all. Very quick delivery and well packaged. 3.2/5HI, The Laptop was delivered with incorrect Keyboard Config. I wasted item to sort it out and eventually emailed Supplier direct who were so slow and took no responsibility for the poor quality control of their product. The advised work around using other keys for the incorrect confiG!!!! Crazy My Expectation is such time wasting mistake should never happen and support is not up to professional standard. 4.4/5I've bought a couple of refurbished Lenovo Think Pads for our field team over the past 12 months but they were from a different refurbisher, not through BackMarket. As the other company didn't have any in stock when I needed another one, and having purchased 3 refurbished mobiles from Back Market before and been delighted, I thought I'd give one a go. The laptop works perfectly and is quick, suggesting that much of the bloat associated with new equipment has been removed. The case is a bit 'shiny', unlike the matt finish I've received before so I suspect this has been done to try to make the laptop look as good as it could, and someone went a bit overboard with the dashboard polish! Personally, I'd have preferred a slightly scratched matt finish but this is a minor gripe. I'm in the process of loading some diagnostic software and this is a time consuming and tricky process but the laptop seems to be handling it ith ease, so if it performs as well in the field once it reaches its new owner, I'll be a happy shopper.Lenovo ThinkPad L430 14-inch (2010) - Core i5-3320M - 8GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTY - EnglishPurchased on the 19 January 2024

4.2/5Très bonne expérience sur BackMarket. Rien à redire c'était parfait. Mon nouveau PC Lenovo est en très bon état. Un problème survient assez vite à l'usage : le pavé tactile est tellement usé au centre qu'il y a une différence de sensibilité, du coup des clics parasitent surviennent. 4.6/5J'ai dû renvoyer le pc car le 1er PC n'avait que la moitié de la capacité de disque dur prévue. Le 2eme PC reçu est impeccable même si la batterie est un peu faible en autonomie (normal pour du reconditionné, elle date de 2019).
