Firstly, this product failed to deliver and was returned to the seller in Portugal which to be fair I don't think was your fault, however my contract is with Black Market and not the delivery company. When I finally got the product, it would not connect to a projector or monitor, which was the primary reason I got it in the first place. I followed all troubleshooting instructions but failed to resolve the issue, which leave me with no option other than to return it. I now have to go and buy another computer as I require it for work. This has been a complete waste of time for me and Im sure for your company also. Flor

The computer is in great condition, the battery is holding up pretty well for a refurbished one and the computer is as described. Just disappointed not to be able to download Windows 11 with this type of configuration.

My son is absolutely thrilled with his purchase with some Christmas and Birthday money he received. He wanted a laptop that he could compose music on and programme on Scratch with like he does at school and this is ideal. I think his laptop is better than ours!

Very good, product in perfect condition, correct price, fast delivery. It's a change from my two previous disastrous orders (wrong product and damaged product). So I will continue to use backmarket for the time being.

The laptop is as good as new. It smells like new. There are no scratches on the casing or the screen. It starts up very fast. The touch and sound of the keys is very comfortable. Charges quite fast. A success.

Item as described. Delivered like new and very well packaged. Well thought out computer with very interesting features. The screen is matt but you have to look at it from a very specific angle to get the best resolution. That's its only drawback. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product. The computer is very good, in very good condition and working correctly for the moment. The only problem has been the shipping, I understand that as it was to a town it is more complicated but it was delayed and on top of that as it was sent to another transport company we could not track it or anything because we did not know which one it was.
